PSLI, Inc. has its roots in the Denver community. The owners have over 100 years of collective experience and close ties to the region’s Deaf and Hard of Hearing community.
All of PSLI, Inc.’s owners are certified by the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID), which is a national organization that ensures required interpreting skills through a rigorous evaluation process. In addition, the owners have close ties with the region’s Deaf and hard of hearing communities. We have RID certified schedulers/coordinators who posses considerable knowledge of the needs of the Deaf community. This allows PSLI, Inc. to tailor each interpreting experience to the specific needs of the individual or individuals.
Each of PSLI, Inc.’s interpreters undergo a screening process. Once hired, coordinators can better schedule the interpreter, ensuring that the jobs are a good fit for the Deaf or Hard of Hearing consumer and the working interpreter. In addition, PSLI, Inc. always welcomes constructive feedback and encourages continuing education for all its employees.
We provide liability and workers compensation insurance coverage for all interpreters, as well as, health and retirement benefits to full time, salaried staff interpreters.
Each of PSLI, Inc.’s interpreters is required to demonstrate a strong knowledge of and adherence to the tenets and guidelines of the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) Code of Professional Conduct. In line with PSLI, Inc.’s strong commitment to protecting the privacy of our consumers, all interpreters are required to sign an Oath of Confidentiality as well.

PSLI, Inc.’s fees are competitively priced in the Denver metro area. Each of our customers receives a standard service agreement that outlines our rates and policies. In addition, PSLI, Inc. charges only a 1 hour minimum.
