Our team at PSLI, Inc. has firsthand knowledge of communication accessibility and a comprehensive understanding of how to facilitate effective communication between Deaf and hearing individuals.
All interpreters at PSLI, Inc. hold RID Certification and/or BEI Certification or are required to obtain RID/BEI Certification within two years of their hire date. Additionally, each interpreter is thoroughly screened by PSLI staff to ensure their skill levels meet our high standards.

PSLI, Inc. interpreters must obtain and maintain their certifications from the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) and/or the Board for Evaluation of Interpreters (BEI).
5. Certification and the Code of Professional Conduct
PSLI, Inc. interpreters are nationally certified by the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) and/or the Board of Evaluation of Interpreters (BEI). They strictly adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct (CPC) and are required to sign an Oath of Confidentially.
6. In-House Screening for All PSLI Interpreters
PSLI, Inc. conducts a thorough in-house screening process for interpreters before they are hired.
7. RID Certified Coordinators Track Preferred Interpreters
At PSLI, Inc., our dedicated scheduling coordinators are not only bilingual but also possess a deep understanding of Deaf culture and community needs. They meticulously track preferred interpreters to ensure top-quality service and communication for all.
8. Invoices & Payments are Handled by Our Professional Account Manager
At PSLI, Inc., our professional account manager diligently oversees all invoices and payments, ensuring they are processed with the utmost accuracy and efficiency.
9. Assignment Information is Kept Confidential
PSLI, Inc. assignment information is kept strictly confidential and is not shared on social media and/or any public platform. Confidential materials are only shared on a need-to-know basis between the scheduling coordinators and assigned interpreters.
